Kea Xmas Buffet
A two-course set buffet meal (main and dessert) plus a four-hour bottomless drinks package and free venue hire – all for just $110 per person.
Santa’s Secret Service
Add our Candy Cane decoration/styling package, plus a three-hour DJ package so you can dance the night away – $1,150 all inclusive.
You-Choose Festive Dining Options
Want to create your own special Christmas package? As an alternative to a buffet, or for a Saturday night party or picnic, you can choose from these three dining options and add a drinks package, decorations, and music. Everything will be there waiting for you on the day. Just turn up and enjoy.
Kiwi BBQ $85 pp
Our popular gourmet Kiwi BBQ menu. Accompanied by grazing starter platters and dessert grazing station.
Xmas Dinner $69 pp
A traditional three-course plated menu of festive favourites, all with our chef’s gourmet twist!
Canapes $75 pp
For an informal and relaxed event. Five canapes and two walk & fork items and a dessert grazing station.
Drinks options are an all-inclusive four-hour package of house wine and beer, or a prepaid bar tab. Each party package includes a Tui Hills host to be your liaison on the day, staff for your food and drinks service and use of Tui Hills tableware such as cutlery, plates and glassware. All dietary requirements are catered for and any children attending can look forward to some great kids meals.

Once you’ve decided on your Christmas dining and drinks package, add some Christmas cheer and party fun with our selection of styling, music and photobooth packages – plus some things for the kids if you’re having a family party or picnic.
Candy Cane Styling $300

Make your event look a lot like Christmas! (individual items valued at $845)

Favourite Xmas Songs
There’s nothing better for your party than to crank out those Christmas favourites and get up on the dance floor. We recommend getting a DJ from DJ4YOU to gauge the mood and tailor the songs – $920 for 3 hours – or a live act from Better Bands. Alternatively, we can run our Christmas playlist through the house music system.
Photobooth
What better way to mark the night than with some photos of the team. We can personalise the digital images, and there’s an option of prints for guests to take home.
Safely Home
Arrive and leave the venue in air-conditioned luxury with a coach from our transport partner. We can get you a quote and arrange the pick-up point/s.
Kid’s Activities
