The Right Stuff
Holding a successful event means having the right equipment, whether it’s for a presentation, product launch, seminar, training day or even a party or staff reward function. We can arrange everything you need through specialist suppliers. Just talk to your event coordinator who’ll make it all happen.
The entire venue, indoor and outdoor, has a sound system linked to Spotify. You can also hire our Bluetooth speaker and microphone. If you need to take a step up, there are plenty of options. We can even find you a great DJ.
To make that presentation shine you can hire projectors, screens, monitors, even an LED wall. If you’re having a party we have built-in disco lighting and can point you to lots of other lighting options from outside providers.
Add some interactive fun with our digital photobooth and props. It’s a great record of the event, and we can set up a branded photo-strip background for the image sets sent via email or shared on social media.
Meetings And More
Tui Hills offers a secluded location in a corner of West Auckland that answers the question “where should we go this time?”
There’s a capacity for 120 people, plus a carpark for up to 40 vehicles – all just 30 minutes from town. We can organise the important details, such as audio-visual equipment, chairs, dining, transport and more, leaving you to turn up knowing a successful event is assured.

A series of standard seating plans – plus all manner of dining and cocktail/party layouts – make the Nectar Room an ideal place to hold your next event. Acoustic panelling means there is no echo, and air-conditioning maintains a constant, pleasant temperature. If weather permits, you can also hold your events under cover outside in the Nikau Pavilion which even has a small stage.
Great for training presentations and teach-ins, even small conferences where notetaking is important. suitable for up to 45 people or more.

For presentations for 100+ people, Tui Hills has more than enough seating, plus a Bluetooth microphone, projector and 80″ screen for hire.
Try this seating layout if you have a smaller number of people attending your presentation, or you want to between plenary and other activities.
This is ideal for small-scale teaching seminars or presentations. A layout for 17 people is shown here, and tables can be added for larger groups.
The distinctive chevron arrangement of tables and chairs is a popular dining option and is also useful for breaking into small discussion groups.
Looking to organise a small conference, a multi-day training camp, business or wellness retreat? We’ve put together a collection of appropriate services, including transport. If you have visitors coming from out of town or overseas, we can arrange accommodation situated just minutes from the venue, and off-site tours and activities for participants and/or their partners. Extra meeting rooms can be made available from nearby Waitakere Resort.
For visitors and Aucklanders alike, we’re able to arrange accommodation at two high-quality hotels, just a few minutes from Tui Hills.

Travel In Style
Whether you need transport to Tui Hills from the airport, you can travel in comfort and safety with our transport partners.
The options include luxury coach or bus (including double-deckers) or a fleet of late-model Mercedes SUVs and vans. Ask your event coordinator for more information.
Local Tours & Activities
Take in the impressive sights of Auckland city and/or the rugged West Coast in these half or full-day tours, including an option to visit local wineries.
For the more adventurous, we can organise an activity day of tree climbing and go-karting.
All tours and activities include pick-up from your hotel or meeting point, and return by luxury Mercedes vans.
Going Further Afield
Make a day of it with a getaway to some of New Zealand’s best-known attractions, including Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves and Rotorua’s geothermal wonders.
This is the perfect activity for people from overseas, but just as attractive for visitors from other parts of the country. Luxury transport in Mercedes vans or SUVs, is included in the packages.
